António Zambujo

(Fado/Bossa Nova /Jazz /  Portugal)

‘Oração ao Tempo’ is ANTÓNIO ZAMBUJO’s brand-new and eleventh album.

It features a duet with Caetano Veloso, who wrote the album’s title track, bringing together these two silky voices and great artists.

Its understated sensuality challenges clichés, venturing down new paths. Although fado is an integral part of his DNA and his repertoire, which features timeless classics, the album also includes polyphonic singing, a hint of gentle samba or bossa nova, cool jazz, Angolan music…

A velvet revolution, driven by this iconic voice of the Portuguese-speaking and global music scenes, as well as by a hand-picked group of musicians.
